SHIPPING

How do you ship?
We ship all items via POST NL that is an express international postal service. Orders will be processed within 3 business days after placing your order. Some customized orders may take longer to ship. After check-out, you will receive an email confirming your order and a track and trace code that will allow you to track your shipment via www.internationalparceltracking.com.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery may take 3-5 business days for orders within Europe. For orders within the US, Canada and the Asia-Pacific region (including Australia and New Zealand), delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks, or sometimes longer. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Items are shipped to the address provided during check-out. If items are not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address we will not refund. Changes to shipping addresses can only be processed before items are shipped and should be sent to contact[at]koel-magazine[dot]com.

How expensive is international shipping?
KOEL Magazine and products are shipped from the Netherlands. Hence, shipping costs for international destinations may be high. We do our best to keep shipping costs manageable. All shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and you will know the shipping rate before check-out and payment. We only offer one shipping method through POST NL. You are responsible for any customs duty or taxes levied on your order.

RETURN POLICY

Not satisfied with your order?
We want you to be happy with all KOEL products, but we don’t accept returns unless the items we shipped to you are incomplete, damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item. In these circumstances, we can refund or exchange the items but we don’t refund the cost of shipping, taxes or other levies. When you return an item to us we are not responsible if it is lost in transit. If your purchase arrives damaged due to postal delivery please send us an email at contact[at]koel-magazine[dot]com with a picture of the item so we can make a proper claim report.

The colors in the images on our website may differ from the actual product colors so please keep that in mind.

All valid claims should be notified to us within 5 business days after you’ve received your purchase.

PAYMENTS

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express. Payments can also be made through PayPal that accepts all major credit and bank cards. You don’t need a PayPal account to make a purchase, but if you already have one you may use it. All our prices are in EUR (€).
