In the heart of Dubai, Jo England has created Tribe Dubai, a home décor studio dedicated to ethical design and sustainable craftsmanship. Originally from Australia, Jo’s journey took her from corporate branding to interior design, where she transformed spaces in Kuala Lumpur before settling in Dubai.
Her passion for global artistry shines through Tribe Dubai, which sources handcrafted pieces from over 25 countries. A standout collaboration is with Caralarga, a Mexican design studio known for its striking wall hangings made from natural fibers. For a special photoshoot, KOEL’s Irene Hoofs opened her Dubai atelier to showcase these stunning pieces in a contemporary Japandi setting.
