100cm[40"] long cord

Knit 1 Below (=k1b)
k1b:Insert the tip of the right needle into the stitch below the next stitch from front to back, knit normally (wrapping the yarn around the needle and pulling it back through the stitch below) and let the stitch above fall from the left needle.

Cast on 109 stitches.

1st row(wrong side): Slip 1 knitwise, knit to end.
2nd (right side) - 11th row: Slip 1 knitwise, *p1, k1b; rep from * to last two stitches, p1, k1.
Starting at 12th row:13 rows of stockinette stitch (Knit 1 row, Purl 1 row).
25th row:K1, *p2, k2; rep from * to end of row.26th row:K1, *k2, p2; rep from * to end of row. Repeat these two rowsthree times.
Starting at 33rd row:6 rows of stockinette stitch (Knit 1 row, Purl 1 row).
39th row:K1, *p2, k2; rep from * to end of row.40th row:K1, *k2, p2; rep from * to end of row. Repeat these two rowsthree times.
Starting at 47th row:13 rows of stockinette stitch (Knit 1 row, Purl 1 row).
