Begin
Round 1: Make a magic circle. Crochet 2 single chains, and 11 double crochet in this magic circle. Join with slip stitch in the first chain. Now you have 12 stitches.

Round 2: Chain 2, 1 puff stitch in the same chain, chain 1, *[1 puff stitch, chain 1] repeat* until end. Join with slip stitch in the first chain. Now you have 24 stitches.
Round 3: Chain 2 in a chain space, 1 double crochet cluster in the same chain space, chain 2, *[1 double crochet cluster in next chain space, chain 2] repeat* until end. Join with slip stitch in the first chain. Now you have 36 stitches.
Round 4: Chain 2 in a chain space, 4 double crochet in the same chain space *[5 double crochet in next chain space] repeat* until end. Join with slip stitch in the first chain. Now you have 60 stitches.
Round 5: Chain 1 in a double crochet, 1 single crochet in the same stitch, 3 single crochet, 2 single crochet in next stitch *[4 single crochet, 2 single crochet in next stitch] repeat* until end. Join with slip stitch in the first single crochet. Now you have 72 stitches.
