How long does shipping take?
Items are shipped out no later than one - three working days after you place your order (do not include weekends or public holidays).
After your parcel has been dispatched to the delivery service provider, you will be provided with a tracking code to track the delivery status of your parcel. Your order will arrive anytime from 3 days (local shipping and wholesale shipping) to 2 weeks (international shipping), depending on your location and the guidelines set by DHL. We cannot guarantee the number of international shipping days it will take for your order to arrive, but we will do our utmost best to ship your order on the day you place your order. What if my order is URGENT?
We can quote you an express delivery but be warned, it could be very expensive.

Do you accept returns?
Sorry, we do not accept returns unless you received the wrong item or if it damaged or faulty. If it is damaged or faulty, please send us a photo of the faulty item and we will resend you the product or refund what you have paid. We will refund your payment to your Paypal account as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is damaged or faulty.
